第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 8 as amended by this Act apply to transactions conducted on or after the date this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern transactions conducted before the Effective Date.
この法律による改正後の第八条の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に行われる取引について適用し、施行日前に行われた取引については、なお従前の例による。
