Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which one year has elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 13, paragraph (5), Article 14, paragraph (2), item (viii), Article 18, Article 19, Article 20, paragraph (4), Article 31, Article 34, Article 35, Article 50, Article 51, Article 52, paragraph (1), and Article 53 of the Consumer Contract Act, the provisions of Article 2, and the provisions of paragraphs (5) through (7) of the following Article and of Articles 3, 4, and 7 through 9 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and six months from the date of promulgation;
第一条中消費者契約法第十三条第五項の改正規定、同法第十四条第二項第八号の改正規定、同法第十八条の改正規定、同法第十九条の改正規定、同法第二十条第四項の改正規定、同法第三十一条の改正規定、同法第三十四条の改正規定、同法第三十五条の改正規定、同法第五十条の改正規定、同法第五十一条の改正規定、同法第五十二条第一項の改正規定及び同法第五十三条の改正規定並びに第二条の規定並びに次条第五項から第七項まで並びに附則第三条、第四条及び第七条から第九条までの規定 公布の日から起算して一年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
