Chapter III Commercial Registration
The law as Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Civil Code, etc. (Act No. 46 of 2026) leaves it, with the words it changes marked.
The main text is read a page at a time: a chapter to a page, and a long chapter in runs of articles. The whole main text, and the supplementary provisions and appended tables this amendment changes. Those it leaves untouched are on the page for the text in force.
The information that must be registered pursuant to the provisions of this Part is registered in the commercial register at the application of the party concerned, pursuant to the provisions of the Commercial Registration Act (Act No. 125 of 1963).
この編の規定により登記すべき事項は、当事者の申請により、商業登記法（昭和三十八年法律第百二十五号）の定めるところに従い、商業登記簿にこれを登記する。
Information that must be registered pursuant to the provisions of this Part may not be asserted against a third party in good faith until after the registration. The same applies after the registration if a third party had a legitimate reason for not knowing that the information was registered.
この編の規定により登記すべき事項は、登記の後でなければ、これをもって善意の第三者に対抗することができない。登記の後であっても、第三者が正当な事由によってその登記があることを知らなかったときは、同様とする。
A person that registers false information intentionally or through negligence may not assert the falsity of that information against a third party in good faith.
故意又は過失によって不実の事項を登記した者は、その事項が不実であることをもって善意の第三者に対抗することができない。
If information registered pursuant to the provisions of this Part changes or ceases to be applicable, the relevant party must register the change or lapse without delay.
この編の規定により登記した事項に変更が生じ、又はその事項が消滅したときは、当事者は、遅滞なく、変更の登記又は消滅の登記をしなければならない。
