If there are multiple heirs, the family court must appoint a liquidator to the estate from among the heirs.
相続人が数人ある場合には、家庭裁判所は、相続人の中から、相続財産の清算人を選任しなければならない。
A liquidator to an estate as referred to in the preceding paragraph undertakes all necessary acts to administer the estate and pay the debts thereof on behalf of the heirs.
