Article 837Surrender and Resumption of Parental Authority or the Right to Manage the Child's Property
第八百三十七条（親権又は管理権の辞任及び回復）
If there are compelling circumstances, a father or mother who exercises parental authority may surrender parental authority or the right to manage the child's property, with the permission of the family court.
親権を行う父又は母は、やむを得ない事由があるときは、家庭裁判所の許可を得て、親権又は管理権を辞することができる。
If the circumstances referred to in the preceding paragraph cease to exist, the father or mother may resume parental authority or the right to manage the child's property, with the permission of the family court.
前項の事由が消滅したときは、父又は母は、家庭裁判所の許可を得て、親権又は管理権を回復することができる。
