Article 700Continuation of Benevolent Intervention in Another's Affairs by Managers

A manager must continue the benevolent intervention in another's affairs until the principal or their heir or legal representative is able to undertake it; provided, however, that this does not apply if it is evident that the continuation of the benevolent intervention in another's affairs is contrary to the intention of the principal, or is disadvantageous to the principal.
