In the following cases, an employee may demand remuneration in proportion to the obligation already performed thereby:
労働者は、次に掲げる場合には、既にした履行の割合に応じて報酬を請求することができる。
if the employee is no longer able to engage in work due to any grounds not attributable to the employer; or
使用者の責めに帰することができない事由によって労働に従事することができなくなったとき。
if employment is terminated during the course of performance.
