Article 458Effect of Circumstance Which Arises with Respect to Jointly and Severally Liable Guarantor
第四百五十八条（連帯保証人について生じた事由の効力）
The provisions of Article 438, Article 439, paragraph (1), Article 440, and Article 441 apply mutatis mutandis to circumstances which arise with regard to the guarantor that bears the obligation jointly and severally with the principal obligor.
第四百三十八条、第四百三十九条第一項、第四百四十条及び第四百四十一条の規定は、主たる債務者と連帯して債務を負担する保証人について生じた事由について準用する。
