If an act concerning the extinguishment of an obligation conducted by the obligor is revoked (excluding the case of revocation pursuant to the provisions of Article 424-4), and the beneficiary returns the payment or delivery received from the obligor or reimburse its value, this restores the beneficiary's claim against the obligor to its original state.
