With respect to the principal secured by a revolving mortgage, the date when the principal is to be fixed may be specified or changed.
根抵当権の担保すべき元本については、その確定すべき期日を定め又は変更することができる。
The provisions of Article 398-4, paragraph (2) apply mutatis mutandis to the cases referred to in the preceding paragraph.
