Article 393Supplemental Registration of Subrogation in Case of Joint Mortgages
第三百九十三条（共同抵当における代位の付記登記）
A person that exercises a mortgage by way of subrogation pursuant to the provisions of the second sentence of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article may note that subrogation in the registration of that mortgage.
前条第二項後段の規定により代位によって抵当権を行使する者は、その抵当権の登記にその代位を付記することができる。
