The order of priority of mortgages may be changed with the agreement of all mortgagees; provided, however, that if there are interested persons, the consent of the same must be obtained.
抵当権の順位は、各抵当権者の合意によって変更することができる。ただし、利害関係を有する者があるときは、その承諾を得なければならない。
The changes in order referred to in the preceding paragraph do not become effective unless registered.
