Statutory lien for construction work for immovables exists, with respect to immovables, in connection with the expenses of construction work performed by a person that designs, constructs or supervises construction regarding the immovables of the obligor.
不動産の工事の先取特権は、工事の設計、施工又は監理をする者が債務者の不動産に関してした工事の費用に関し、その不動産について存在する。
The statutory liens referred to in the preceding paragraph exist with respect to the relevant increased value alone, but only if there is a current increase in the value of the immovables resulting from the construction work.
