Article 267Mutatis Mutandis Application of Provisions Regarding Neighboring Relationships
第二百六十七条（相隣関係の規定の準用）
The provisions of Section 1, Subsection 2 of the preceding Chapter (Neighboring Relationships) apply mutatis mutandis between superficiaries or between a superficiary and a landowner; provided, however, that the mutatis mutandis application of the provisions of Article 229 to superficiaries is limited to when structures on the boundary line are installed after the establishment of the superficies.
前章第一節第二款（相隣関係）の規定は、地上権者間又は地上権者と土地の所有者との間について準用する。ただし、第二百二十九条の規定は、境界線上の工作物が地上権の設定後に設けられた場合に限り、地上権者について準用する。
