Article 159Postponement of Expiration of Prescription Period of Rights Between Husband and Wife
第百五十九条（夫婦間の権利の時効の完成猶予）
With respect to rights which the husband or wife has vis-a-vis the other spouse, the prescription period does not expire until six months have passed from the time of the dissolution of their marriage.
夫婦の一方が他の一方に対して有する権利については、婚姻の解消の時から六箇月を経過するまでの間は、時効は、完成しない。
