Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning the Publication of the State of Taking Childcare Leave
第五条（育児休業の取得の状況の公表に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 22-2 of the Act on Childcare Leave, Caregiver Leave, and Other Measures for the Welfare of Workers Caring for Children or Other Family Members as amended by Article 3 apply from the business year beginning on or after the day on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect.
第三条の規定による改正後の育児休業、介護休業等育児又は家族介護を行う労働者の福祉に関する法律第二十二条の二の規定は、附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後に開始する事業年度から適用する。
