第三条（検討）
The Government is to, at an appropriate time after this Act comes into effect, when it finds it necessary in light of the status of implementation of the childcare leave system, the status of treatment during childcare leave, and other circumstances concerning the enforcement of this Act, conduct a comprehensive review of the childcare leave system and other matters prescribed in this Act from the viewpoint of promoting the welfare of workers who take care of children, and take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後適当な時期において、育児休業の制度の実施状況、育児休業中における待遇の状況その他のこの法律の施行状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、子を養育する労働者の福祉の増進の観点からこの法律に規定する育児休業の制度等について総合的に検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
