Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Review

The government is to, with three years after this Act comes into effect as a target, take into consideration the state of enforcement of this Act, the employment status of the father or mother in a household in which a child who does not share a livelihood with the father or mother is raised, the economic conditions of that household, and other circumstances, review measures to support that household, including the Child Rearing Allowance system, from the viewpoint of promoting stability of life and independence of that household and advancing the welfare of children, and take necessary measures based on the results.
