Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Child Rearing Allowance Act
第三条（児童扶養手当法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to a person who, at the time of enforcement of this Act, actually falls under Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act before its amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (referred to as "the Former Act" in the following Article), that paragraph remains in force.
この法律の施行の際現に第二条の規定による改正前の児童扶養手当法（次条において「旧法」という。）第六条第二項に該当する者については、同項の規定は、なお効力を有する。
