Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 58, Article 62, Article 77, paragraph (1) and Article 79-2, paragraph (3) of the National Pension Act and the provisions deleting paragraph (6) of that Article come into effect on October 1, 1970, and the provisions in Article 2 amending Article 5 of the Child Rearing Allowance Act and the provisions in Article 3 amending Article 5 of the Special Child Rearing Allowance Act come into effect on September 1 of that year.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法第五十八条、第六十二条、第七十七条第一項及び第七十九条の二第三項の改正規定並びに同条第六項を削る改正規定は昭和四十五年十月一日から、第二条中児童扶養手当法第五条の改正規定及び第三条中特別児童扶養手当法第五条の改正規定は同年九月一日から施行する。
