Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 30, paragraph (1), Article 81 and the Appended Table of the National Pension Act in Article 1 and the provisions amending Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Child Rearing Allowance Act in Article 2 come into effect on August 1, 1964.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法第三十条第一項、第八十一条及び別表の改正規定並びに第二条中児童扶養手当法第三条第一項の改正規定は、昭和三十九年八月一日から施行する。
