Article 2Purpose of Child Rearing Allowance

①Child Rearing Allowance is paid for the purpose of contributing to the sound mental and physical growth of children, and a person who receives it must use it in accordance with that purpose.

②A father or mother who receives payment of Child Rearing Allowance must voluntarily strive for self-reliance and endeavor to stabilize and improve the life of the household.

③Payment of Child Rearing Allowance does not alter the degree or content of the duty of support that parents, etc. who have dissolved their marriage are to perform toward their children.
