Article 263Suspension of Bankruptcy Proceedings upon Discontinuance of Limitation of Liability Proceedings
第二百六十三条（責任制限手続の廃止による破産手続の中止）
If an order of discontinuance of limitation of liability proceedings is issued with regard to the limitation of liability proceedings commenced in the interest of the bankrupt, bankruptcy proceedings are suspended until the order becomes final and binding.
