The court may have a bankruptcy trustee conduct an investigation on the existence or nonexistence of any of the grounds stated in the items of Article 252, paragraph (1) or the circumstances to be considered when determining whether or not to issue an order of grant of discharge pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article, and report the results of the investigation in writing.
裁判所は、破産管財人に、第二百五十二条第一項各号に掲げる事由の有無又は同条第二項の規定による免責許可の決定をするかどうかの判断に当たって考慮すべき事情についての調査をさせ、その結果を書面で報告させることができる。
The bankrupt must cooperate in investigations on the particulars prescribed in the preceding paragraph conducted by the court or investigation conducted by a bankruptcy trustee pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph.
