When approval is given pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, the court clerk must notify a bankruptcy trustee to that effect without delay.
Upon receiving the notice under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a bankruptcy trustee must hear opinions of the creditors' committee without delay with regard to the particulars concerning the administration and disposal of property that belong to the bankruptcy estate.
