The court clerk must create a schedule of bankruptcy creditors for the bankruptcy claims for which a filing has been made.
裁判所書記官は、届出があった破産債権について、破産債権者表を作成しなければならない。
In the schedule of bankruptcy creditors referred to in the preceding paragraph, the particulars stated in Article 111, paragraph (1), items (i) through (iv) and paragraph (2), item (ii) of that Article (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article) and any other particulars specified by the Rules of the Supreme Court must be entered for each bankruptcy claim.
前項の破産債権者表には、各破産債権について、第百十一条第一項第一号から第四号まで及び第二項第二号（同条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）に掲げる事項その他最高裁判所規則で定める事項を記載しなければならない。
If there is an error in an entry in the schedule of bankruptcy creditors, the court clerk may make a disposition to correct the entry at any time upon petition or by their own authority.
破産債権者表の記載に誤りがあるときは、裁判所書記官は、申立てにより又は職権で、いつでもその記載を更正する処分をすることができる。
