第十四条（検討）
When five years have elapsed after this Act comes into effect, the government is to, taking into account the status of enforcement of the Antimonopoly Act as amended by this Act, and if it finds it necessary, review the provisions of the Antimonopoly Act as amended by this Act, and take required measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、この法律による改正後の独占禁止法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、この法律による改正後の独占禁止法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
