第二十条（検討）
The government is to review the provisions concerning trial proceedings in the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade in their entirety, conduct an examination during fiscal year 2009, and take required measures based on the results.
政府は、私的独占の禁止及び公正取引の確保に関する法律の審判手続に係る規定について、全面にわたって見直すものとし、平成二十一年度中に検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
When five years have elapsed after this Act comes into effect, the government, taking into account the status of enforcement of the New Antimonopoly Act, is to examine the provisions of the New Antimonopoly Act if it finds it necessary, and take required measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、新独占禁止法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新独占禁止法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
