Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Transitional Measures Concerning Joint Share Transfers
第十二条（共同株式移転に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 15-3, paragraph (2) of the New Antimonopoly Act and Article 10, paragraph (8) of the New Antimonopoly Act as applied mutatis mutandis following the deemed replacement of terms pursuant to Article 15-3, paragraph (3) of the New Antimonopoly Act do not apply to a joint share transfer carried out before the day on which 30 days have elapsed from the Effective Date.
新独占禁止法第十五条の三第二項及び同条第三項において読み替えて準用する新独占禁止法第十条第八項の規定は、施行日から起算して三十日を経過した日前に行う共同株式移転については、適用しない。
