Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Concerning Acquisition or Ownership of Shares
第十条（株式の取得又は所有に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 10, paragraphs (2) and (8) of the New Antimonopoly Act apply to the acquisition of shares made on or after the day on which 30 days have elapsed from the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the acquisition or ownership of shares before that day.
新独占禁止法第十条第二項及び第八項の規定は、施行日から起算して三十日を経過した日以後に行う株式の取得について適用し、同日前に行う株式の取得又は所有については、なお従前の例による。
