第九条（処分、手続等に関する経過措置）
In addition to what is provided for in the preceding three Articles, dispositions, procedures, or other acts carried out pursuant to the provisions of the Former Act are deemed to have been carried out pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the New Act, as specified by Rules of the Japan Fair Trade Commission.
