Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending the table of contents (limited to the part deleting "Chapter IV-2 Concerted Price Increases"), the provisions deleting Chapter IV-2, the provisions deleting the second sentence of Article 44, paragraph (1), the provisions amending Article 84-2, paragraph (2), and the provisions deleting Article 91-2, item (xi) and making item (xii) of that Article item (xi) of that Article: the day on which one month has elapsed from the date of promulgation;
目次の改正規定（「第四章の二 価格の同調的引上げ」を削る部分に限る。）、第四章の二を削る改正規定、第四十四条第一項後段を削る改正規定、第八十四条の二第二項の改正規定及び第九十一条の二第十一号を削り、同条第十二号を同条第十一号とする改正規定 公布の日から起算して一月を経過した日
the provisions deleting Article 79, the provisions making Article 78 Article 79 and adding one Article after Article 77, and the provisions amending Article 85 (limited to the part pertaining to item (i) of that Article): the later of the date specified by Cabinet Order in the main clause of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Administrative Case Litigation Act (Act No. 84 of 2004) or the date of promulgation of this Act.
第七十九条を削る改正規定、第七十八条を第七十九条とし、第七十七条の次に一条を加える改正規定及び第八十五条の改正規定（同条第一号に係る部分に限る。） 行政事件訴訟法の一部を改正する法律（平成十六年法律第八十四号）附則第一条本文の政令で定める日又はこの法律の公布の日のいずれか遅い日
