Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures

①The provisions of Article 25 of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act"), except for what is provided for in the following paragraph, apply to acts that commenced on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and with regard to acts that had already ceased to exist before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②The provisions of Article 25 of the New Act apply to the portion on or after the Effective Date of acts that commenced before the Effective Date and ended on or after the Effective Date, and with regard to the portion of those acts before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
