When the Chief of Prefectural Police Headquarters, etc. finds it necessary in order to give a warning, the Chief of Prefectural Police Headquarters, etc. may, to the extent necessary, request a person found to have committed an act in violation of the provisions of Article 3 or any other person concerned to make a report or submit materials, or have police personnel question a person found to have committed that act or any other person concerned.
When the Public Safety Commission finds it necessary in order to issue a prohibition order, etc. (including a disposition extending the period of validity of a prohibition order, etc. under Article 5, paragraph (9)), the Public Safety Commission may, to the extent necessary, request a person found to have committed an act in violation of the provisions of Article 3 or any other person concerned to make a report or submit materials, or have police personnel question a person found to have committed that act or any other person concerned.
