The affairs that municipalities are to process pursuant to the provisions of Article 1 and Article 2, paragraph (1) (including where these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 8, paragraph (3)) and Articles 4 through 6 are Type 1 statutory entrusted affairs prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (9), item (i) of the Local Autonomy Act.
