Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the Effective Date (June 14, 2026).
この政令は、施行日（令和八年六月十四日）から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan
第三条（日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the amount of the fee for the issuance of a special permanent resident certificate pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Immigration Control Special Act, on the basis of an application under the second sentence of Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Special Act made before the date on which this Cabinet Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7 of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan as amended by the provisions of Article 2.
この政令の施行の日前にされた入管特例法第十四条第一項後段の規定による申請に基づく同条第四項において準用する入管特例法第十一条第二項の規定による特別永住者証明書の交付に係る手数料の額については、第二条の規定による改正後の日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行令第七条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
