Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
A person who has actually submitted the written notice referred to in Article 30, paragraph (2) of the Former Payment Services Act at the time the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect is deemed to have submitted the written notice referred to in Article 30, paragraph (2) of the New Payment Services Act.
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に旧資金決済法第三十条第二項の届出書を提出している者は、新資金決済法第三十条第二項の届出書を提出したものとみなす。
