The Prime Minister may, to the extent necessary for the enforcement of this Act, order a certified association for payment service providers to submit reports or materials that can be used as reference for its business or property, or have officials enter the office of the certified association for payment service providers, ask questions about the status of its business or property or inspect its books and documents or other items.
内閣総理大臣は、この法律の施行に必要な限度において、認定資金決済事業者協会に対し、その業務若しくは財産に関し参考となるべき報告若しくは資料の提出を命じ、又は当該職員に当該認定資金決済事業者協会の事務所に立ち入らせ、その業務若しくは財産の状況に関して質問させ、若しくは帳簿書類その他の物件を検査させることができる。
