In cases that fall under one of the following items, the person who has committed the violation is subject to a fine of not more than 500,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person failed to submit a report or material under Article 146, paragraph (1); submitted a false report or material; failed to answer a question posed by the staff concerned; gave an false answer to a question; or refused, precluded, or evaded an inspection;
第百四十六条第一項の規定による報告若しくは資料の提出をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、若しくは虚偽の資料を提出し、又は当該職員の質問に対して答弁をせず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をし、若しくは検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避したとき。
