When a local government finds it necessary for ensuring the proper handling of personal information by a local government organ, a local incorporated administrative agency or a business, the local government may request the Commission to provide it with necessary information or technical advice.
When requested pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Commission is to provide necessary information or technical advice.
