附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
The Government is to review the status of enforcement of this Act within three years after its enforcement, taking into account the level of technology related to telecommunications and other circumstances, and take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年以内に、電気通信に係る技術の水準その他の事情を勘案しつつ、この法律の施行の状況について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
