Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act is to come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within one year and six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Relating to Hearing of the Sender's Opinion
第二条（発信者の意見の聴取に関する経過措置）
Any hearings of the sender's opinion carried out before the day on which this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (2) of the Act on the Limitation of Liability of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers for Damages and the Right to Demand Disclosure of Sender Identification Information before the amendment by this Act is deemed to be the hearing of the opinion carried out pursuant to the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Limitation of Liability of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers for Damages and the Right to Demand Disclosure of Sender Identification Information as amended by this Act (referred to as the "New Act" in the following Article).
この法律の施行の日前にしたこの法律による改正前の特定電気通信役務提供者の損害賠償責任の制限及び発信者情報の開示に関する法律第四条第二項の規定による意見の聴取は、この法律による改正後の特定電気通信役務提供者の損害賠償責任の制限及び発信者情報の開示に関する法律（次条において「新法」という。）第六条第一項の規定によりされた意見の聴取とみなす。
