A large-scale specified telecommunications service provider must, once every year, as specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, publish the following matters:
大規模特定電気通信役務提供者は、毎年一回、総務省令で定めるところにより、次に掲げる事項を公表しなければならない。
the status of receipt of requests under Article 23;
第二十三条の申出の受付の状況
the implementation status of notification under the provisions of Article 25;
第二十五条の規定による通知の実施状況
the implementation status of notification or similar measures under the provisions of the preceding Article;
the implementation status of transmission prevention measures (excluding the matters set forth in the preceding three items);
its own evaluation of the matters set forth in the preceding items;
前各号に掲げる事項について自ら行った評価
in addition to the matters set forth in the preceding items, the matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications as necessary to make clear the implementation status of the measures that a large-scale specified telecommunications service provider is to take based on the provisions of this Chapter.
前各号に掲げる事項のほか、大規模特定電気通信役務提供者がこの章の規定に基づき講ずべき措置の実施状況を明らかにするために必要な事項として総務省令で定める事項
