An employer is to pay the employer's contribution to the asset management institution by the day specified by the corporate-type pension plan rules.
When an employer pays the employer's contributions, , pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare the employer must give notice of the amount of the employer's contribution for each participant of a corporate-type pension plan to the corporate-type pension plan records-related operational management institution; provided, however, that this does not apply to a case where the employer provides all of the records-related services.
事業主は、事業主掛金を納付する場合においては、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、各企業型年金加入者に係る事業主掛金の額を企業型記録関連運営管理機関に通知しなければならない。ただし、当該事業主が記録関連業務の全部を行う場合にあっては、この限りでない。
