Article 21-2Payment of Contributions of a Participant of a Corporate-type Pension Plan
第二十一条の二（企業型年金加入者掛金の納付）
A participant of a corporate-type pension plan who makes a participant of a corporate-type pension plan's contribution is to pay the participant of a corporate-type pension plan's contribution to the asset management institution through the employer by the day specified by the corporate-type pension plan rules.
企業型年金加入者掛金を拠出する企業型年金加入者は、企業型年金加入者掛金を企業型年金規約で定める日までに事業主を介して資産管理機関に納付するものとする。
The provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the case where the employer pays the contributions of a participant of a corporate-type pension plan.
前条第二項の規定は、事業主が企業型年金加入者掛金の納付を行う場合について準用する。
