第二条（通知に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 4, paragraphs (3) and (4) of the Anti-Stalking Act as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the new Act") apply to warnings in the case where a request under paragraph (1) of that Article has been received after this Act comes into effect.
