Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which three months have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provision amending Article 2 and the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、第二条の改正規定及び附則第三条の規定は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。
