Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、内閣法の一部を改正する法律（平成十一年法律第八十八号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第十四条（行政機関の保有する情報の公開に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

情報公開法の施行の日がこの法律の施行の日以後である場合には、新情報公開法第二十三条第一項の規定による情報公開審査会の委員の任命のために必要な行為は、この法律の施行前においても行うことができる。
