第六条
A person who, at the time of enforcement of this Act, is actually admitted to a Care Facility for the Elderly prescribed in Article 20-4 of the Former Act on Social Welfare for the Elderly (meaning the Act on Social Welfare for the Elderly prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 10; hereinafter in this Article, Article 10, paragraph (2) and Article 17, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Supplementary Provisions) by receiving the measure under Article 11, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Former Act on Social Welfare for the Elderly (hereinafter in this Article and Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions referred to as a "Person Admitted Under a Measure Before the Effective Date") is to be, while continuing to be admitted to said Care Facility for the Elderly on or after the Effective Date (including, for a Person Admitted Under a Measure Before the Effective Date who has come to have a domicile consecutively at the location of each of one or more other Facilities Subject to Domicile Exception by continuing from said Care Facility for the Elderly into Admission, etc., to those one or more other Facilities Subject to Domicile Exception, the period during which the person continues to be in Admission, etc., to those one or more other Facilities Subject to Domicile Exception), an Insured Person of Long-Term Care Insurance provided by the Municipality that took said measure, notwithstanding Article 9 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act and Article 13 of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act.
この法律の施行の際現に第十条の規定による改正前の老人福祉法（以下この条並びに附則第十条第二項並びに第十七条第二項及び第三項において「旧老人福祉法」という。）第十一条第一項第一号の措置を受けて旧老人福祉法第二十条の四に規定する養護老人ホームに入所している者（以下この条及び附則第十六条において「施行日前措置入所者」という。）は、施行日以後引き続き当該養護老人ホームに入所している間（当該養護老人ホームに継続して一以上の他の住所地特例対象施設に入所等をすることにより当該一以上の他の住所地特例対象施設のそれぞれの所在する場所に順次住所を有するに至った施行日前措置入所者にあっては、当該一以上の他の住所地特例対象施設に継続して入所等をしている間を含む。）は、介護保険法第九条及び新介護保険法第十三条の規定にかかわらず、当該措置をとった市町村が行う介護保険の被保険者とする。
A Facility Subject to Domicile Exception where an Insured Person to whom the provisions of the preceding paragraph apply is in Admission, etc., must provide the necessary cooperation to the Municipality where said Facility Subject to Domicile Exception is located and the Municipality that provides Long-Term Care Insurance to said Insured Person.
