Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding four years from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、公布の日から起算して四年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 3, and the provisions amending Article 52, paragraph (2) of the Commercial Registration Act (Act No. 125 of 1963) in Article 60 of the Supplementary Provisions and the provisions of Article 125 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
第三条の規定並びに附則第六十条中商業登記法（昭和三十八年法律第百二十五号）第五十二条第二項の改正規定及び附則第百二十五条の規定 公布の日
the provisions of Article 1, the provisions amending Article 28-2, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Costs of Civil Proceedings and the provisions amending row 17, (a)(i) of Appended Table 1 of that Act (limited to the part inserting ", petition for a confidentiality decision, petition for a decision limiting the persons who may request inspection, etc. of the part stating confidential matters to the person subject to confidentiality under the confidentiality decision, petition for revocation of a confidentiality decision, etc., petition for permission to inspect, etc. the part to which inspection, etc. is restricted by a confidentiality decision, etc." after "petition for revocation") in Article 4, the provisions amending Article 35 of the Personal Status Litigation Act in Article 5, the provisions of Article 6, and the provisions amending Article 156 of the Civil Enforcement Act, the provisions amending Article 157, paragraph (4) of that Act, the provisions amending Article 161, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provisions adding one Article after Article 161 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 165, item (i) of that Act, the provisions amending Article 166, paragraph (1), item (i) of that Act, the provisions amending Article 167-10, paragraph (1) of that Act and the provisions amending Article 167-14, paragraph (1) of that Act in Article 9, and the provisions of Article 45 and Article 48 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions amending Article 50, paragraph (5) of the Civil Provisional Remedies Act (Act No. 91 of 1989) in Article 71 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 73 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions amending Article 30, paragraph (4) of the Act on Punishment of Organized Crimes and Control of Proceeds of Crime (Act No. 136 of 1999) and the provisions amending Article 36, paragraph (5) of that Act in Article 82 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 86, Article 91, Article 98, Article 112, Article 115 and Article 117 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding nine months from the date of promulgation.
第一条の規定、第四条中民事訴訟費用等に関する法律第二十八条の二第一項の改正規定及び同法別表第一の一七の項イ（イ）の改正規定（「取消しの申立て」の下に「、秘匿決定を求める申立て、秘匿事項記載部分の閲覧等の請求をすることができる者を秘匿決定に係る秘匿対象者に限る決定を求める申立て、秘匿決定等の取消しの申立て、秘匿決定等により閲覧等が制限される部分につき閲覧等をすることの許可を求める申立て」を加える部分に限る。）、第五条中人事訴訟法第三十五条の改正規定、第六条の規定並びに第九条中民事執行法第百五十六条の改正規定、同法第百五十七条第四項の改正規定、同法第百六十一条第一項の改正規定、同法第百六十一条の次に一条を加える改正規定、同法第百六十五条第一号の改正規定、同法第百六十六条第一項第一号の改正規定、同法第百六十七条の十第一項の改正規定及び同法第百六十七条の十四第一項の改正規定並びに附則第四十五条及び第四十八条の規定、附則第七十一条中民事保全法（平成元年法律第九十一号）第五十条第五項の改正規定、附則第七十三条の規定、附則第八十二条中組織的な犯罪の処罰及び犯罪収益の規制等に関する法律（平成十一年法律第百三十六号）第三十条第四項の改正規定及び同法第三十六条第五項の改正規定並びに附則第八十六条、第九十一条、第九十八条、第百十二条、第百十五条及び第百十七条の規定 公布の日から起算して九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日

第百二十五条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are to be specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
